Need help with on target reports

Hi there,

sorry if this is slightly off topic, but i'm trying to talk on target
reports into displaying my recordset properly and it just absolutely
wouldn't. The problem is that when I configure the grouping, it would just
not display some of my records. Instead 3 records it just displays 2. It
works if i remove the grouping. Did any of you guys ever run into something
like this? Are there any known ceveats?

I've tried contacting support@ontargetreports.com to no avail.
