I'm trying to add the double-metaphone function as illustrated at http://atomboy.isa-geek.com/plone/Members/acoil/programing/double-metaphone/metaphone.sql/view to my installation of MySQL 5.1.30 (x86 OS X) It balks at the very first line where the delimiter is set to $$ Can anyone else verify this??if not, care to shed dome light on how you got it installed successfully... I've not had this problem adding custom functions in the past....
