Hello,

I know how to create an Applescript with ScriptEditor saving it as a script, adding it to the project and calling it.

What I want to do is to Create the Applescript and run it programatically.

I can create it, but what should I use as MacCreator and File Type and how do I call it?

depends on what you are trying to do and what you need
if you just need to run something and maybe not get results back you can use a shell and the osascript command to run it
