The "Line" control

I'm having difficulty specifying the X,Y coordinates of a Line control  
that I want to place inside a rectangle. The line will span the  
rectangle from left to right, and be about 1 cm down from the top of  
the rectangle.
The coordinates refuse to change to the numbers I enter. This behavior  
did not occur in prior versions of RB. Is anyone else having similar  
problems with the Line control. Is this a bug?
