Mono works great on Solaris. However, you'll also probably need the
ant and GCC C# components to rebuild the NET files for SPARC.
There may also be some binaries (.DLL files) that you'll need to
recompile.
I've done this successfully with OpenSim (www.opensimulator.org).

Is there a possibility, other than virtualization or operating
system emulation, to put on a .Net application on a SPARC Solaris
machine? Mono could be usable?
I know this is not a RB topic, but really i know here i have
learned a lot on different topics, it's a great list.
Thanks.
