Thanx for the tip!

I see... and even when flattening, you have to do it to a new file, if you
just flatten to the same file, it seems to retain all the data in too.

Should that be flagged as a bug?

I mean, just commiting the file should save it properly. I don't see much
interest in a feature that keeps unusable data in a file for no reason other
than it hasn't purged it.

If comitting is the same as saving on close, then saving on close should
also purge unneeded data and both should be somewhat similar to the save
function in the quicktime player, and In QT player, I don't need to do that
extra flattening step.

Finaly, if flattening is needed for one reason or another, then at least
THAT function sould purge the unneeded data, non?
