Who knows anymore. I don't get any responses from REAL Software for anything I report, and there does not appear to be any way of finding out what you've reported, even if you're a Studio-level user.

If you report a bug via the web page :

http://www.realsoftware.com/feedback/submit.php

You will get an back an Email with a link to your bug report in their system... Then at the bottom of that page you will see links to all your reports.

Bug reporting via the IDE is supposed to do that too... but it's buggy! ;) So report something via the web and you will have access to all your reports.
