I have this EXACT ISSUE with my program that enumerates through the
serial ports. Is there a bug report to sign onto?

Who knows anymore. I don't get any responses from REAL Software for anything I report, and there does not appear to be any way of finding out what you've reported, even if you're a Studio-level user. Suggest you just report the problem as you see it, toss it into the RS black hole, and let them figure it out.

Create one bug report directly in the web interface and then you will get a reply and that will let you see all your others

Fogbugz does not send replies for reports submitted directly from the IDE and we have no way to change that (it's actually by design on FB's side apparently)
