You might consider scrapping FB for something else that sucks less, or even writing your own. Or, if you prefer to contract it out, I could recommend a consulting firm. :)

All of the options presented are being discussed
It's even possible that using a different API to submit bugs via Fogbugz would permit us to get email replies
They have at least 2 we could use
