We used to have 1,2,3 of the LIKE section.
Yeah, the old feedback system had a powerful "social" or
"collaborative" aspect to it that I really miss. I didn't realize how
much I liked it until it was gone.
Folks would sometimes add very useful workarounds for the bugs they
had found. I can't even estimate how much grief these workarounds
saved me.
Under the current system, there is no way of knowing whether any other
human being has seen our reports, unless some action is taken on them.
Of course, by no means is REAL's FogBugz implementation finished and
it's probably a pretty safe bet that we'll like future changes.
