Under the current system, there is no way of knowing whether any other human being has seen our reports, unless some action is taken on them.

Of course, by no means is REAL's FogBugz implementation finished and it's probably a pretty safe bet that we'll like future changes.

Yes, I have no doubt they'll improve or replace it sooner or later.
