dll's or dylibs in plugins resources

Is it possible to add dylibs or dll's into a plugins resource folder  
so it will be written out at runtime so the plugin can find it and  
resolve symbols from the libs? Im asking because i have a dylib that  
i need to use in a rb plugin that im building with xcode but i dont  
have a static version of that lib.
any help appreciated.
