For developers who rely on REALbasic and REAL SQL Server as an important part of their business, the REAL Software Developer Support Program provides an advanced level of support and service.

The Developer Support Program provides high-priority technical support directly from REAL Software and ensures members that assistance with any REALbasic or REAL SQL Server problem is just a phone call away.

Benefits:

  • Priority Technical Support: The Developer Support Program provides high-priority technical support, enabling members to bypass the regular technical support queue.

  • Directed Engineering: For developers who require a high level of integration with the REAL Software Engineering team, Directed Engineering provides a fixed quantity of REAL Software engineering time that may be applied to researching and resolving technical issues.

  • Direct Executive Access: Premium level members of the Developer Support Program receive a monthly phone call from Geoff Perlman, CEO of REAL Software. Select level members of the Developer Support Program receive a bi-annual phone call from a REAL Software Executive. Direct executive access ensures that REAL Software always understands the needs of its key customers and provides proactive support from the company's decision makers.

  • Consulting Referrals: Developers who provide REALbasic and REAL SQL Server consulting services will find new business opportunities from consulting leads available only to Developer Support members. Over the past two years the average lead flow from this program has been eight new consulting leads per month. Many Developer Support Program members find that new business generated from consulting leads more than justify the entire expense of the Program.

The Developer Program offers three different levels of support to meet the needs of different development teams. They are the Basic Support Program, the Select Support Program and the Premium Support Program.

Low priority support for amateur developers
REAL Software provides web-based technical support at no charge for any REALbasic Professional Edition user or REAL SQL Server user with a current update plan. These support questions are low priority and are handled by the REAL Software technical support team after all questions from Developer Support Program members have been resolved. Low-priority support is not recommended for professional developers.

REALbasic Personal Edition users are not supported by REAL Software, but are encouraged to post their technical questions on the REAL Software forums.
