Summary:
Real Software Inc, of Austin Texas is the owner, developer and sole copyright holder of this product, which is licensed -not sold- to you on a non-exclusive basis.
Real Studio requires an internet connection to complete the activation process. If you don't have an internet connection, call our Customer Service department to complete activation by phone.
You are entitled to install your Personal, Professional or Web Edition license key on one operating system on up two computers.
If you purchased a Real Studio Enterprise Edition license key, it may be installed on any number of operating systems or computers.
Real Studio is sold as a developer license, not a computer license. If you install Real Studio on more than one computer, you agree to take reasonable steps to ensure that you are the only person that uses Real Studio with your license key.
You agree not to share your Real Studio license key with anyone.
You agree to only use the license key provided directly to you by Real Software, Inc.
You may transfer your Real Studio license to another person only after receiving written authorization from Real Software and only if the recipient agrees to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
If you are using an academic license key, you are restricted from using Real Studio for any revenue-generating activity, such as selling the software you create. If you would like to use Real Studio for commercial purposes you must first upgrade from an academic license to a commercial license.
You agree to allow Real Studio to transmit from time to time via SSL, information required to validate your license key.
If you are using a trial license key, you are only entitled to use Real Studio for evaluation and testing purposes until the end of your trial period.
You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer or modify any part of Real Studio or the Real Studio Framework.
Real Software reserves the right to cancel the license key(s) of any user who Real Software determines is in violation of this agreement.
If you purchased your license directly from Real Software it is covered by a 90-day money back guarantee.
THE WARRANTIES IN THIS AGREEMENT REPLACE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND REAL SOFTWARE, INC. DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT WILL REAL SOFTWARE, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF WE HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE POTENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE.
If you are located in the United States this agreement is subject to the laws of the state of Texas. If you are located outside the United States local law may apply. Some states do not allow the exclusion of warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
You agree that you will not export or re-export Real Studio to any country, person, entity or end user subject to U.S.A. export restrictions.
